The capital of Cambodia is the state’s thrilling core; a city of crowded avenues highly popular with motorcycle and whistles that at first glimpse can frazzle. Evacuated entirely mostly during chaos of the Khmer Rouge and left to vanish and die, Phnom Penh has recovered nicely to be one of the most vibrant cities in Southeast Asia.
